Unbleached, enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, pumpernickel plus (rye flour, rye meal, caramel color, wheat flour, naturally fermented rye sour, naturally fermented wheat sour, dextrose, ground caraway, natural flavors, fumaric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid), nine grain base (rye flour, oats, millet, flaxseed, cracked wheat, wheat gluten, rye flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, rye meal, barley flakes), oats, yeast, salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, datem, guar gum, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, monoglycerides, contains less than 2%  ascorbic acid, potassium iodate, azodicarbonamide (ADA), enzyme, soy oil), vital wheat gluten, palm oil shortening and light brown sugar.
