Unbleached, enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, datem, guar gum, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, monoglycerides, contains less than 2%  ascorbic acid, potassium iodate, azodicarbonamide (ADA), vital wheat gluten, sugar, malt powder (malted barley, wheat flour, dextrose).
