Bun Oil for Wheat Bun : Partially hydrogenated and winterized soybean oil, lecithin, artificial butter flavor, beta-carotene and dimethylpolysiloxane added to reduce foaming. Allergen Notice: Lecithin ingredient is derived from a soybean base.  Iceberg Lettuce: U.S. No. 1 crisphead (Iceberg) lettuce. Light Mayonnaise: Soybean oil, water, high fructose corn syrup, whole egg, distilled vinegar, food starch–modified, contains less than 2% of salt, spice, natural flavors, paprika, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion. Tomato : U.S. No. 1 tomatoes coated with vegetable-, petroleum-, beeswax-, and/or shellack-based wax or resin. Whatachick’n Chicken Filet: Boneless chicken breast. Containing up to 14% of a solution of water, modified food starch-corn starch, sodium phosphates, salt, and whey protein concentrate. Breaded with: bleached wheat flour, spices, salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), sugar, yeast, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, oleoresin turmeric, FD&C yellow #5 and yellow #6. Battered with: water, wheat flour, modified food starch-corn starch, salt, dextrose, garlic powder, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), spice, onion powder, and natural flavor, pre-dusted with: wheat flour, dried egg whites, rice flour, wheat gluten, modified food starch-corn starch, leavening (sodium acid, pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, breading set in vegetable oil. (Note: Deep-fried in Whataburger ZTF liquid shortening. Menu items that are deep-fried may come in contact with other products that contain gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soybean, fish, or animal products.) Wheat Bun: Enriched flour, (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrite, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, wheat gluten, yeast. Contains 2% or less of the following: wheat bran, molasses, salt, one or more of the following dough conditioners (datem, calcium stearoyl, lactlyate, calcium sulfate, monoglycerides, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide), calcium propionate (to preserve freshness), soy lecithin.
