Bun Oil for Small White Bun : Liquid and hydrogenated soybean oil, soy lecithin, natural & artificial flavor, beta-carotene (color), TBHQ and citric acid added to protect flavor, dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent added. Iceberg Lettuce: U.S. No. 1 crisphead (Iceberg) lettuce. Small White Bun : Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast, soybean oil, nonfat milk. Contains 2% or less of the following: wheat gluten, salt, one or more of the following dough conditioners (datem, calcium stearoyl lactylate, monoglycerides, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide), calcium propionate (to preserve freshness), soy lecithin. (Note: Toasted using bun oil). Manufactured in a facility that uses wheat, milk, eggs, soy and tree nuts. Tartar Sauce : Soybean oil, dill relish (cured cucumbers, water, vinegar, salt, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preservatives, natural flavorings) distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, egg yolks, contains less than 2% of: spice, dehydrated onion, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate (a preservative), propylene glycol alginate, and calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor. Whatacatch Fish Filet: Alaskan Pollock, enriched yellow corn meal (yellow corn meal, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yellow corn flour, modified food starch, enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), bleached wheat flour, salt, spices, egg albumen, citric acid, sodium citrate, dried lemon juice, iodized salt, garlic powder, onion powder, natural flavor, colored with oleoresin paprika and annatto extract. (Note: Deep-fried in Whataburger ZTF liquid shortening. Menu items that are deep-fried may come in contact with other products that contain gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soybean, fish, or animal products.)
