Bun Oil for Wheat Bun : Partially hydrogenated and winterized soybean oil, lecithin, artificial butter flavor, beta-carotene and dimethylpolysiloxane added to reduce foaming. Allergen Notice: Lecithin ingredient is derived from a soybean base. Iceberg Lettuce: U.S. No. 1 crisphead (Iceberg) lettuce. Light Mayonnaise: Soybean oil, water, high fructose corn syrup, whole egg, distilled vinegar, food starch–modified, contains less than 2% of salt, spice, natural flavors, paprika, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion. Wheat Bun: Enriched flour, (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrite, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, wheat gluten, yeast.
