Whataburger Chicken Strip (with gravy)
Chicken Strip: Southern style chicken fritter strips. Containing up to 12% solution of water, isolated soy protein, salt, sodium phosphate. Battered & breaded with: bleached wheat flour, water, salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), spices, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, garlic powder, onion powder, natural flavor. Breading set in vegetable oil. (Note: Deep-fried in ZTF Whataburger liquid shortening. Menu items that are deep-fried may come in contact with other products that contain gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soybean, fish, or animal products.) Gravy, 3 oz.: Partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, food starch-modified cornstarch, enriched bleached flour, (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn syrup solids, salt, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), black pepper, mono and diglycerides, sodium citrate, dipotassium phosphate, carrageenan, artificial flavor, color added. (Note: Reconstituted with water).
