I’m through with the Burger King. The Whopper has been my favorite burger since 1969. While decorating for the senior prom, a runner was sent to the NEW WHOPPER to bring us lunch. During this GRAND OPENING, Whoppers were buy one and get one free. They were outstanding…I only ate the first one…in those days (prior to the campaign) it took two hand to handle the Whopper. Now they are (like everything else my generation remembers) SMALLER. No longer a WHOPPER…just another burger.
My complaint is consistentcy…actually the lack there of. I have tried to remian loyal to the local KING and to my taste. Sadly, I’ve not eaten 2 Whopper Jrs nor 2 Whoppers nor a Whopper and Whopper Jr that tasted the same. Remember…I am frequenting the same location.
I won’t even address the lack of service. However, when the service is a poor as the quality of the Whopper…I quit. Disappointment has been part of my meal for the last time.
NO MORE WHOPPERS FOR ME.
Forgot to mention…….I own and operate a country cooking restaurant. When we close, I want JUNK food. The term used to apply to the industry…now it applies to the food.
THERE IS NO QUALITY WITHOUT CONSISTENTCY.
The local Burger King SUCKS in food and service.
McDonalds here I come.
