Whataburger Texas Toast

Bun Oil for Texas Toast: Liquid and hydrogenated soybean oil, soy lecithin, natural & artificial flavor, beta-carotene (color), TBHQ and citric acid added to protect flavor, dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent added. Texas Toast: Bleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast. Less than 2% of the following: soybean oil, salt, nonfat milk, one or more of the following dough conditioners (datem, calcium stearoyl lactylate, calcium sulfate, monoglycerides, azodicarbonamide, ascorbic acid), calcium propionate (to preserve freshness), soy lecithin. (Note: Toasted using bun oil).
