Whataburger Breakfast Platter with Bacon

Bacon : Precooked bacon. Smoke flavoring added. Cured with: water, salt, sugar, smoke flavoring, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, flavoring, sodium nitrite. Biscuit, Buttermilk : Ingredients: enriched, bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), buttermilk (cultured low fat milk, nonfat dry milk, food starch, salt, carrageenan, pectin), palm oil, biscuit concentrate (leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate), salt, sugar, dextrose, bleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), calcium propionate, calcium sulfate, soybean and /or cottonseed oil, guar gum), soybean oil, artificial butter flavor, potassium sorbate, sodium bicarbonate. Bun Oil for Shell Egg or Scrambled Eggs: Liquid and hydrogenated soybean oil, soy lecithin, natural & artificial flavor, beta-carotene (color), TBHQ and citric acid added to protect flavor, dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent added. Hash Brown Sticks : Potatoes, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, dextrose, disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (to maintain natural color). (Note: Deep-fried in ZTF Whataburger liquid shortening. Menu items that are deep-fried may come in contact with other products that contain gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soybean, fish, or animal products.) Liquid Margarine for Biscuit : Liquid and partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate (a preservative), citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, beta carotene (color), vitamin A palmitate. Scrambled Eggs: Whole eggs, nonfat milk, citric acid, 0.13% water added as carrier for citric acid. (Note: Bun oil used to prevent sticking during cooking preparation). Special Seasoning: Salt (yellow prussiate of soda added) and pepper.
